    At Qubentix Limited, we strive to provide high-quality digital products, development services, and client experiences.
    This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.


    1. General Policy

    Qubentix operates primarily on custom project-based and service-based work, meaning each project is uniquely tailored to client requirements.
    As such, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced, as significant time, planning, and resources are immediately allocated.


    2. Eligible Refund Situations

    A partial or full refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

    • The project has not yet started, and cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment.
    • A confirmed technical issue or service error directly caused by Qubentix prevents delivery.
    • Duplicate payment or transaction error (verified by both client and payment processor).

    Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind after approval or project start.
    • Delays caused by incomplete client communication or late feedback.
    • Work completed or delivered as per the agreed scope.

    3. Advance & Deposits

    For project-based work:

    • A 50% upfront deposit is required to begin development.
    • Deposits are non-refundable after project initiation.
    • If a project is canceled by the client mid-way, any remaining unpaid milestones will still be due for completed work.

    4. Subscription or Maintenance Plans

    For recurring or retainer-based services (e.g., maintenance, SEO, or support):

    • Clients may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
    • Refunds for active or past billing periods will not be issued once work has been performed.

    5. Refund Request Process

    To request a refund, please email support@qubentix.com with:

    • Your full name and company name
    • Invoice or payment reference number
    • Reason for the refund request

    Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
    If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
